We are ran by independent personal trainers and sessions are by appointment only.
We currently do not offer any type of membership services.

Personal trainers set their own prices, based on education, expertise and experience.

Children
We are a child-free zone.
Water
For environmental reasons, we do not sell plastic water bottles but there
is a water fountain with bottle fill on the premises. We recommend that you
bring your own water bottle for fill-up.
Appointments
Since this is our livelihood, you are asked to cancel your appointment no less
than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or be charged the full rate.
