We offer a unique wellness component to add to your personal
training regimen: the infrared sauna.
Some of the great benefits of using a sauna are lowered blood pressure,
weight loss, detoxification and relaxation.
The service is appointment based, prepaid, and non-refundable.
A towel will be provided.
Prices depend on duration and plan.
0 - 30 minutes:$20
$10 (if you train with a fit'nez trainer)
30 - 60 minutes:
$30
$15 (if you train with a fit'nez trainer)
